Our International Maritime Manning Agency offers you qualified Ukrainian seafarers and specialists of any rank and specialization. IMMA Ltd. staff have experience in the Maritime Human Resource business since 1995. Our main activity is complete crews for all types of vessels: including Container vessels, General Cargo, Bulk Carriers, Tankers, Ro-Ro, Dredger, Tug/Supply vessels, Fish, Oil Rigs and others. We are a Crewing Agency licensed by the Ministry of Labor of State of Ukraine, looking to find a market for Ukraine seafarers all of the Ukraine regions included Crimea. The applicants are willing to except a wage and a term of contract at highly competitive levels and at the same time ensure the quality of the seafarers supplied. A typical contract period is usually from four to nine months depending on your requirements and the type of the vessels.
We have a number of well-trained, experienced officers and ratings who are likewise familiar with the repairing of vessels and equipment while at sea. This can save owners a lot in dry dock costs. Our catering staffs recruited in Ukraine have a successful record of work on passenger vessels and ferries. The officers have a very stringent five and half year training period with an additional 12 months on-board training, also the ratings have a two years training period before they get a positions on board of vessel.
All our officers and crew have obtained certificates, which are internationally recognized as required by IMO, comply with STCW’95 requirements and valid GMDSS certificates for all navigators. All officers and ratings are fluent in English.
Our office is manned with experienced Master Mariners and Engineers who have worked on different flagged vessels and are well aware of the demands and ways in which worldwide ship-owners and operators work. You can rest assured that the seagoing personal, officers and ratings offered to you by our Crewing Agency will have good qualifications and are well trained, hard working, competent, reliable, and are very keen to work on your ships.
We conduct pre-employment medical examinations, which will ensure that all our crewmembers are fit for service. All of our candidates are subject to an alcohol and drug-screening program to ensure that seafarers are not habituated to drink. Also all our personnel operate to high safety standards with no repatriations due to injury. All of our personnel are aware of the drug, alcohol and smuggling abuse polices operated by many owners and are required comply with routine testing. There will be a probationary period of two to three (2-3 ) months.
Included in our crewing and crew manning service is the preparation and processing of all documents (visa, seaman passports, etc.) necessary for the seafarers unbound travel to the assigned vessel. Also available are travel transportation arrangements from Odessa - Kiev to any destination in the world.
The staff of our Crewing Agency are ready to arrange your requirements, from full crew management services, through to simple manning facilities, even for a single crew member at least within 46 hours, subject to visa and other formality requirements.
